Job Details

Θ Positions: Analyst - Accounts Payable

Θ Job Location: Chennai

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Process invoices in line with standard operating procedures and achieve assigned targets as part of the AP invoice processing role.
• Resolve discrepant invoices according to defined standard operating procedures.
• Reporting activities - Generate and update the AP.
• Passing rectification entries for errors identified by the internal QC team.
• Perform quality checks, select invoices for payment, and release them as per standard operating procedures.
• Create / Update Vendor Master records in accordance with standard operation procedures.
• Must provide innovative ideas to enhance processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• B.com / BBA(Finance) / M.Com / MBA(Finance).
• Good understanding of MS applications.
• 0–1 Year experience in Accounting / AP domain, suitable for analyst accounts payable fresher openings.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles.
• Good written and oral communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
• Good analytical skills and the ability to work as a team player.
• Willingness to work in a complex environment with strict project deadlines associated with finance accounting analyst roles.
