This role involves building and managing the ecosystem of web content resources that are of high interest to AlphaSense clients while supporting content onboarding analyst jobs in Pune. You will be responsible for the complete process of discovering, onboarding, and monitoring web content ingestion across multiple business domains as part of web content onboarding analyst roles. You will also play a key role in enhancing AlphaSense web processing capabilities.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Web content research: Conduct research to identify new web sources based on established content onboarding policies or client requests aligned with digital content operations analyst positions.
• Content Analysis: Assess requested web sources to determine content sets that require onboarding.
• Content Onboarding: Set up new web crawling and scraping jobs through the admin interface.
• Content Maintenance: Maintain existing crawling and scraping jobs to ensure high-quality content ingestion, including defining quality report requirements, executing quality checks, and adjusting configurations as needed.
• Content Support: Review and resolve inquiries from Clients, Sales, Account Executives, and Product Specialists regarding onboarding new web content or addressing malfunctioning sources through email and Slack.
• Functional Improvements: Provide detailed requirements to the engineering team requesting new capabilities or customized data processing features.
• Content Quality Assurance: Validate the quality of content integration and uphold strong content processing standards within data ingestion analyst roles.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• 1+ years of data entry and/or data maintenance experience.
• A strong aptitude and willingness to learn.

Optional/Strong Plus Qualifications:

• Experience in managing content or data aggregation through RSS or other automated methods.
• Knowledge of market and regulatory updates.
• Experience with crawling job configuration for structured or unstructured data sets is an added advantage.
