Roles and
Responsibilities:
To
support Wholesale Lending with daily processing, reviewing, reporting, trading,
and issue resolution activities.
Accountabilities
- Support daily Wholesale Lending initiatives including processing, reviewing, reporting, trading, and issue resolution through strong lending technical expertise.
- Monitor the bank’s lending operations to ensure activities are performed efficiently and effectively while complying with applicable regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with teams across the bank to align and integrate Wholesale Lending processes.
- Identify improvement opportunities and provide recommendations for change across Wholesale Lending processes.
- Develop and implement Wholesale Lending procedures and controls to reduce risk and maintain operational efficiency.
- Prepare reports and presentations on Wholesale Lending performance and communicate insights to senior internal stakeholders.
- Identify industry trends and developments to implement best practices in Wholesale Lending Services.
- Participate in projects and initiatives aimed at improving Wholesale Lending efficiency and effectiveness.

Required
Skills & Qualifications:
- Manage a complex portfolio of mid to large corporate lending cases, handling end-to-end processing from submission to drawdown and reconciliation, ensuring compliance with agreed service levels as a lending operations analyst.
- Provide expert guidance and technical input to colleagues, leadership, and clients on lending transactions, quality assurance, and resolution of escalated issues.
- Drive continuous process improvements by proactively identifying and resolving discrepancies, ensuring accurate and timely client fund payments.
- Act as a subject matter expert and primary contact for process and procedural matters, ensuring documentation remains current and audit-ready.
- Communicate complex or sensitive information clearly and effectively.
Desirable
Skills:
- Previous experience in Lending Operations.
- Strong knowledge of GBS Payments and ACBS/Loan IQ.
- Effective influencing abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
