Roles and
Responsibilities:
- Review orders and contracts in Salesforce for compliance with product structure.
- Process and manage sales orders and contracts using internal applications such as Salesforce and NetSuite as part of sales order processing jobs.
- Adapt to evolving processes along with technical and contractual changes across the expanding product portfolio.
- Manage the inquiry queue within the defined SLA for both internal and external partners.
- Participate in month-end close activities, including support for quarterly financial reviews and audits.
- Demonstrate strong multi-tasking abilities and effective time management skills.
- Collaborate with Legal, Sales, Deals Desk, and Finance partners to address non-compliant orders and resolve deployment bottlenecks related to remote finance analyst positions.
- Support process documentation efforts and contribute to departmental process change initiatives.
Required
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- Willingness and ability to work Night Shift, with coverage through 4:30 pm PST
- Proficiency with Excel, including Pivot tables and Look-Up formulas
- Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems
- Experience with Salesforce
- Experience with Zendesk or other customer service platforms
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to tailor messages for different audiences while clearly conveying objectives
