Θ Positions: Order Management Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Review orders and contracts in Salesforce for compliance with product structure.
• Process and manage sales orders and contracts using internal applications such as Salesforce and NetSuite as part of sales order processing jobs.
• Adapt to evolving processes along with technical and contractual changes across the expanding product portfolio.
• Manage the inquiry queue within the defined SLA for both internal and external partners.
• Participate in month-end close activities, including support for quarterly financial reviews and audits.
• Demonstrate strong multi-tasking abilities and effective time management skills.
• Collaborate with Legal, Sales, Deals Desk, and Finance partners to address non-compliant orders and resolve deployment bottlenecks related to remote finance analyst positions.
• Support process documentation efforts and contribute to departmental process change initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• Willingness and ability to work Night Shift, with coverage through 4:30 pm PST
• Proficiency with Excel, including Pivot tables and Look-Up formulas
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems
• Experience with Salesforce
• Experience with Zendesk or other customer service platforms
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to tailor messages for different audiences while clearly conveying objectives
