Roles and Responsibilities:

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for business decisions.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, aggregate, and validate data from multiple sources.
• Use Python for data cleaning, transformation, and advanced analytics, including statistical modeling.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize key metrics and KPIs.
• Work with notebooks (Jupyter or similar) to document analysis workflows and share reproducible results.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and generate summary statistics for decision-making.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity through rigorous validation and quality checks.
• Automate repetitive data tasks using Python scripts and scheduling tools.
• Communicate findings clearly through reports, presentations, and visualizations for business teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in SQL for querying, data manipulation, and performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Python for data analysis, including libraries like Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib.
• Expertise in Power BI for creating dashboards, reports, and implementing DAX calculations.
• Familiarity with notebook environments (Jupyter or similar) for interactive analysis and documentation.
• Solid understanding of data cleaning, transformation, and preparation techniques.
• Ability to perform statistical analysis and interpret results for actionable insights.
• Knowledge of data visualization best practices and storytelling with data.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a 2 PM–11 PM IST shift.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric or cloud-based analytics platforms is a strong plus.
