Roles and Responsibilities:

As a Performance Marketing Analyst, you will support the management of large-scale advertising campaigns. Your daily mission includes:

• Data Monitoring: Track daily spend ($10k–$100k+), CPAs, CTRs, and ROAS—identifying growth opportunities before they vanish.
• Campaign Optimization: Launch and optimize native ad campaigns, continuously testing to scale profitable results.
• A/B Testing: Run aggressive tests on creatives, headlines, and landing pages to draw clear, data-backed conclusions.
• Competitive Intelligence: Research competitor angles and surface new market opportunities.
• Strategy Support: Work with our international team on audience segmentation, budget pacing, and scaling profitable campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• A Top Student: Academic excellence (Dean’s List, honors, or equivalent) that signals discipline and analytical rigor.
• Open to FRESH GRADUATES or in their EARLY CAREERS only
