Θ Positions: HRIS Analyst I

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement integration scenarios using SAP CPI for SAP SuccessFactors and other systems
• Build and configure iFlows for standard and custom integrations (e.g., Employee Central to Payroll systems)
• Collaborate with business and functional teams to capture integration requirements.
• Optimize existing integrations for scalability, security, and performance
• Integrate SuccessFactors with SAP modules and third-party systems (ADP, Other payrolls)
• Work with protocols like HTTPS, REST, SOAP, SFTP, OData, IDoc

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Expertise in SAP CPI and SuccessFactors Integration
• Strong knowledge of integration protocols and security mechanisms
• Scripting skills (Java/Groovy) for advanced transformations
• Understanding of HR processes and SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with web APIs: SFAPI, SF OData, SOAP/REST APIs
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
