Θ Positions: Associate Analyst - People Support

Θ Job Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Respond to Tier 1 HR inquiries related to policies, procedures, processes, and system navigation in line with SLAs and quality expectations.
  • Strive for swift and effective resolution of inquiries, ensuring that most requests are addressed promptly at first touch by leveraging readily accessible information and guidelines.
  • Guide employees and managers to appropriate self-service tools and resources.
  • Maintain customer contact until request is resolved
  • Escalate complex or unresolved inquiries to relevant next level support as needed.
  • Maintain accurate case documentation and follow standard operating procedures.
  • Collaborate with Global People Services – People Services team members to ensure alignment and consistency.
  • Support knowledge base updates by identifying gaps or outdated content.
  • Participate in team meetings, training, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Share knowledge and best practices within the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or related field. 
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR support or customer service preferred.
  • Familiarity with HR technology (i.e. Workday, case management tools) is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • English language is required.
