Roles and
Responsibilities:
- Respond to Tier 1 HR inquiries related to policies, procedures, processes, and system navigation in line with SLAs and quality expectations.
- Strive for swift and effective resolution of inquiries, ensuring that most requests are addressed promptly at first touch by leveraging readily accessible information and guidelines.
- Guide employees and managers to appropriate self-service tools and resources.
- Maintain customer contact until request is resolved
- Escalate complex or unresolved inquiries to relevant next level support as needed.
- Maintain accurate case documentation and follow standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with Global People Services – People Services team members to ensure alignment and consistency.
- Support knowledge base updates by identifying gaps or outdated content.
- Participate in team meetings, training, and process improvement initiatives.
- Share knowledge and best practices within the team.
Required
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR support or customer service preferred.
- Familiarity with HR technology (i.e. Workday, case management tools) is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- English language is required.
