Roles and Responsibilities:

• Monitor the performance and health of deployed AI/ML models, identifying anomalies, biases, and drift.
• Develop and implement MLOps best practices, including continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for AI models.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to troubleshoot model issues, retrain models, and implement necessary updates.
• Design and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to visualize AI model performance metrics and operational insights.
• Participate in the evaluation and selection of AI/ML platforms and tools, ensuring alignment with company standards and security protocols.
• Document AI model lifecycles, operational procedures, and incident response plans.
• Support the integration of AI solutions into existing business processes and systems.
• Conduct root cause analysis for AI-related incidents and recommend preventative measures.
• Stay abreast of industry trends in MLOps, AI ethics, and responsible AI development.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders regarding AI model performance and operational status.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related quantitative field. Master's degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in MLOps, AI operations, data engineering, or a similar role focused on AI/ML model deployment and monitoring.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language commonly used in data science (e.g., Python, R).
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI/ML services.
• Familiarity with MLOps tools and frameworks (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, Sagemaker, Azure ML).
• Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, model evaluation metrics, and common algorithms.
• Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL processes, and database technologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
