Roles and Responsibilities:

• Hardware & System Support
• Understand computer fundamentals, system architecture, and components
• Assemble and configure desktop systems and IT hardware
• Install and configure Windows and Linux operating systems
• Perform BIOS configuration and OS installation
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues in PCs and peripherals
• Test boards and components using tools like Digital Multimeter
• Networking & Configuration
• Understand networking fundamentals and concepts
• Configure IP addresses and basic LAN setups
• Work with networking devices such as routers, switches, hubs, bridges, and repeaters
• Identify and troubleshoot network connectivity issues
• Understand different types of networking cables and connectors
• Troubleshooting & Support
• Perform hardware and network troubleshooting
• Resolve system performance and connectivity issues
• Assist in installation and configuration of software and operating systems
• Follow standard processes for issue resolution and escalation

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of computer hardware fundamentals
• Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux OS installation
• Basic understanding of networking concepts and IP addressing
• Familiarity with LAN setup and troubleshooting
• Basic knowledge of electronics, components, and troubleshooting tools
