Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide enduser support for Teams OneDrive Outlook and SharePoint after migration activities
• Troubleshoot login issues mailbox access Teams meetings file permissions and sync issues
• Assist in validating migration results mailboxcontent completion and remediation tasks
• Document issues create knowledge articles and track resolutions
• Support onboarding sessions and communication to help users adapt to new tools
• Escalate complex issues to SME and engineering teams as needed
• Maintain service desk SLAs and respond promptly to support tickets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of Microsoft 365 services
• Experience troubleshooting common collaboration issue
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Familiarity with Outlook Teams and OneDrive functionalities
• Willingness to learn and grow in cloud collaboration technologies
