They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented candidate to join their Tax Technology & Transformation practice, supporting global trade transformation initiatives. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about combining tax technical knowledge, process transformation, and technology-enabled solutions to solve complex client challenges. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams including tax, technology, product, and client stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize digital solutions across customs and global trade processes including supply chain and logistics.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Support, maintain, design and implementation of tax technology and automation solutions across indirect tax and global trade domains.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, functional specifications, BRDs, and process workflows.
  • Work with business and technical teams to translate tax requirements into technology-enabled solutions.
  • Drive transformation projects involving process automation, controls enhancement, and workflow optimization.
  • Support development and enhancement of tax tools such as: Classification / HSN automation tools Duty calculation engines Compliance validation tools
  • Documentation and workflow automation solutions
  • Perform testing (UAT/SIT), issue resolution, and deployment support.
  • Conduct tax technical research and provide functional inputs on GST, Customs, VAT, and cross-border trade matters.
  • Prepare client presentations, status reports, and executive-ready deliverables.
  • Collaborate effectively with global teams and manage multiple project workstreams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • B Com/ BBA/ MBA/ CA inter 0-2 years of relevant experience in indirect tax, customs, global trade, or tax technology consulting.
  • Experience in consulting / Big 4 environment preferred.
  • Prior exposure to tax technology, ERP transformation, or automation projects preferred.
  • Knowledge of tools such as Power BI, Alteryx, SAP, Oracle, or tax engines is an advantage
  • Strong understanding of Customs / FTP / Global Trade processes around supply chain and logistics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to convert business requirements into clear functional requirements.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced consulting environment with effective use of AI.
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for technology and digital transformation.
