They are looking for an Associate for their India office locations to service Custody Clients within their Transaction Services Group. Potential candidates will partner with clients and colleagues to manage the cash and trade transactions for clients. Candidates will be preferred with experience into trade & cash settlement, SWIFT messages and client interactions. Ensure prompt follow up on exception situations and facilitate timely problem resolution to mitigate risk to the bank and deliver excellent service to clients

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Process & settle client trade/cash instructions to ensure deliverables are met timely
  • Review and provide reporting to ensure deliverables are met for client inquiries
  • Maintain working relationship with all client contacts
  • During the course of normal day to day operation, be responsible for identifying any potentially issue and must report and/or escalate to the managers
  • Research and resolve exceptions and issues
  • Receive and resolve inquiries in a timely and accurate manner and communicate effectively with client when necessar
  • Escalate unresolved issues to management as required
  • Perform daily or weekly reporting functions for the team’s activities
  • Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures
  • Keep up to date on broader internal/external business issues

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with Finance background
  • Advanced Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
  • Strong critical thinking, problem solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently to meet client deliverables.
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills

Additional requirements:

  • Ability to work under tight timelines
  • Willing to work in any shifts
