Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in cloud virtualization
  • Experience in 2G/3G/4G/5G networks and interfaces
  • Experience in CMM, CMG products is a plus
  • IP networks knowledge
  • Willingness to travel and experience about customer projects is a plus
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Education: Master of Engineering or equivalent

Job Description:

Looking for a Technical Support Engineer with excellent knowledge of the Telecom domain and experience on next generation packet core networks. Knowledge or experience with customer support activities is considered a plus. Providing Product Line level technical support for PaCo products (CMM, GMG). Handling support requests assigned via Salesforce tool. Supporting customer projects and troubleshooting activities which require remote or in some cases on-site support. 

Responsibilities

  • Technical Support engineer plans and executes technical tasks requiring specialist skills in own professional area.
  • Works independently with the responsibility for solving customer request cases and reporting according to processes.
  • Identifies and solves technical problems.
  • Shares knowledge in own professional area.
  • Supports activities that require 24/7 availability.
