Job Description:

• Achievement of optimum productivity levels and reliability of service to customers.
• Contribution in fulfillment and compliance of Legal / statutory and operational requirements.
• Assist documentation supervisor/Gate supervisor in routine work & daily reporting.
• Contributing to continuous improvement.
• Contributing for meeting of Business/Operational targets, KPIs and objectives.
• Proper updating and database management on operational front.
• Create import release in TOS, timely response to customer mail & queries and updating of damage reports.
• Coordinate with Cargoes community systems on Import release, Export Pre-advise & E-gate pass.
• Adherence to policies and procedures of the department.
• Ensuring Custom formalities and custodianship is maintained.
• Maintain good rapport with customers, Customs officers, and other stake holders.
• Ensuring safe and correct working practices.
• Maintaining Cut-off and Timelines set up are achieved.
• Check of operational tally sheets and reporting discrepancies.
• To comply with all aspects of IGTPL’s Quality, Health, Safety, Environment and Supply chain security management systems”
