Roles and
Responsibilities:
- Maintain updated records of personnel-related data (personal information, sub function mapping, cost centres etc.) up to date on SuccessFactors
- Conduct New Joiners Pulse Surveys periodically and report out the insights from the conversations
- Execute end to end the Rewards Vouchers Issuances across HRBP Span
- Liaise with other departments or functions (payroll, benefits etc.) as needed
- Assist team members in preparing People & Culture reports for leadership view as & when needed
- Extend support in organizing engagement events, town halls, etc
- Schedule meetings, events, HR events etc. and maintain the team’s agenda
- Coordinate events and manage bookings, requirements within the HRBP Span
- Coordinate procurement of trophies/certificates for employee milestones
- Raise invoices and liaise with Finance & CREWs for vendor payments
- Perform functional onboarding formalities and update records of new hires on timely basis
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
- Process monthly allowances (overtime & others) within relevant functions where these payouts are made and process details to payroll on monthly basis
- Extend any operational support over and above the ones mentioned to the HRBPs
- Publish mandatory trainings completion dashboards within the HRBP Span
- Support with creating dashboards, excel sheets, basic data analysis requirements
- Respond to internal HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance
- Update DLs and other data requirements from leaders
