Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Good communication and writing skills.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • MS Office knowledge is mandatory

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain updated records of personnel-related data (personal information, sub function mapping, cost centres etc.) up to date on SuccessFactors
  • Conduct New Joiners Pulse Surveys periodically and report out the insights from the conversations
  • Execute end to end the Rewards Vouchers Issuances across HRBP Span
  • Liaise with other departments or functions (payroll, benefits etc.) as needed
  • Assist team members in preparing People & Culture reports for leadership view as & when needed
  • Extend support in organizing engagement events, town halls, etc
  • Schedule meetings, events, HR events etc. and maintain the team’s agenda
  • Coordinate events and manage bookings, requirements within the HRBP Span
  • Coordinate procurement of trophies/certificates for employee milestones
  • Raise invoices and liaise with Finance & CREWs for vendor payments
  • Perform functional onboarding formalities and update records of new hires on timely basis
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
  • Process monthly allowances (overtime & others) within relevant functions where these payouts are made and process details to payroll on monthly basis
  • Extend any operational support over and above the ones mentioned to the HRBPs
  • Publish mandatory trainings completion dashboards within the HRBP Span
  • Support with creating dashboards, excel sheets, basic data analysis requirements
  • Respond to internal HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance
  • Update DLs and other data requirements from leaders
