Educational Qualifications:

• Experience: 1 to 5 years
• Any full-time graduate (10+2+3)
• Willingness to work in Night Shifts.
• Good Communication Skills Written and Oral.
• Mode of Salary credit should be through bank from all the employers (No Cash in hand)
• All educational and employment documents are mandatory to have.

Experience required:

• Knowledge of accounting concepts and reconciliation.
• Should be able to communicate to stakeholders across globe, explaining the process, coordinate for supporting documents to prepare reconciliations.
• Experience in updating commentary against open breaks, explaining it in different forums to global stakeholders.
• High aptitude for cross functional teamwork, collaboration and proactive mindset.
• Ability to understand and communicate financial implications and business impact.
• Positive attitude, self-driven/independent thinker and comfortable in fluid environment as the business evolves
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight timelines
• Self-driven and ability to work independently
• Ability to think creatively and provide solutions to complex problems.

Competencies Required:

• Good with Excel & need to have a proactive approach.
• Good communication skills.
• Process Driven and has eye for detail.
• Self-motivated, willingness to take on challenges and adaptable to change.
