Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Prepare client-facing materials (reports, decks, presentations) using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
  • Collaborate with CSMs on performance check-ins, providing insights and optimization support.
  • Monitor campaign performance and assist with data-driven adjustments to meet client goals.
  • Draft and manage client communications including agendas, recap notes, and ongoing updates.
  • Assist as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure all campaign and operational tasks are completed both accurately and timely.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interacting with both internal and external teams.
  • Exceptional organization, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Google Drive Suite and Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Experience in advertising or performance marketing is a plus.
  • Analytical self-starter with a solutions-oriented mindset and comfort navigating ambiguity.
