Roles and Responsibilities

As a Risk & Compliance New Associate, your key duties will include:

• Conduct compliance audits of employee expenses and initiate expense reversals for non-compliance.
• Respond to audit inquiries or general process questions related to compliance operations.
• Prepare audit reports and ad hoc reports as assigned by supervisors.
• Execute assigned tasks as needed in support of the compliance process and control frameworks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Any Graduation / Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Good time management and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail in audit, process, and compliance tasks.
