Roles and Responsibilities

As a Process Trainee, your responsibilities will include:

  • Meeting SLAs and performance goals set by the business unit.
  • Collaborating with business partners across multiple sites for daily process handling.
  • Identifying process improvements and working with teams to implement solutions.
  • Accurately processing account service requests and ensuring required information is complete.
  • Researching issues using various applications and corresponding with advisors for clarifications.
  • Accepting or rejecting requests with clear rationale (In Good Order/Not in Good Order).
  • Coordinating with internal partners or external clients to gather missing information.
  • Supporting advisors with queries, open issues, and high-level problem resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, Business Management, or Operations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with good presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Knowledge of financial products such as mutual funds, insurance, retirement services, and financial planning is preferred.
  • 0–2 years of experience in brokerage, insurance, or financial services (freshers can apply).
  • Strong academic orientation with a client-focused mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in the financial services industry.
  • Product-specific knowledge in insurance, annuities, or investment services.
