Roles and
Responsibilities
As
a Process Trainee, your responsibilities will include:
- Meeting SLAs and performance goals set by the business unit.
- Collaborating with business partners across multiple sites for daily process handling.
- Identifying process improvements and working with teams to implement solutions.
- Accurately processing account service requests and ensuring required information is complete.
- Researching issues using various applications and corresponding with advisors for clarifications.
- Accepting or rejecting requests with clear rationale (In Good Order/Not in Good Order).
- Coordinating with internal partners or external clients to gather missing information.
- Supporting advisors with queries, open issues, and high-level problem resolution.
Required
Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, Business Management, or Operations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with good presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Knowledge of financial products such as mutual funds, insurance, retirement services, and financial planning is preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in brokerage, insurance, or financial services (freshers can apply).
- Strong academic orientation with a client-focused mindset.
