Roles and Responsibilities:

• Actively contribute to design workshops, code reviews, scrum meetings, and technical troubleshooting.
• Participate in Scrum Meetings, Daily Standups, Retrospectives, and escalate risks/issues to product owners when required.
• Identify automation opportunities and implement process improvements using scripts and tools.
• Mentor junior developers and analysts, allocating work efficiently.
• Drive the implementation of CI/CD pipelines within Agile and DevOps culture.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong expertise in databases like Oracle, NoSQL, PLSQL, with efficient SQL scripting and optimization.
• Proficiency in Tableau and other business intelligence tools.
• Experience in Agile methodologies, effort estimation, and leading POD teams.
• Hands-on with GitHub, JIRA, Confluence, Jenkins.
• Knowledge of cloud computing jobs with GCP (BigQuery)*is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication (written & verbal) and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of SDLC processes (Agile, DevOps) with coding best practices.
• Prior experience working with cross-functional IT and business teams.
