Roles and Responsibilities

• Execute daily disbursement activities in line with regulatory guidelines and company procedures.
• Validate and review financial transaction requests for accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external banking stakeholders to resolve transaction issues.
• Maintain accurate transaction records for compliance and auditing purposes.
• Monitor disbursement activities and report adherence to SLAs.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance (B.Com.), Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Experience: Prior work experience in funds disburse mentor banking operations preferred.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications / Skills

• Experience in retail banking, mortgage operations, or finance industry.
• In-depth understanding of financial transactions and banking products.
