Flex is looking to hire a Procurement Analyst (GBS) to support its high-performing teams in Chennai. The candidate will handle purchase order management, vendor coordination, and procurement operations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, along with a good understanding of the E2E procurement cycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage C-class item procurement activities within the supply chain function.
• Handle end-to-end purchasing cycles including PR to PO, supplier confirmation, delivery tracking, and payment follow-up.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Prepare and maintain Purchase Order Reports and Shortage Reports for management review.
• Perform inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Monitor MRP reports and act on pull-ins, push-outs, and cancellations.
• Collaborate with internal business partners and suppliers for order modifications.
• Maintain and update the supplier database efficiently.
• Manage escalation processes related to shortages, excess materials, and past due receipts.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in B.Com / B.B.A / B.Sc / MBA (Procurement, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred).
• 0–2 years of experience in Procurement / Supply Chain Operations (Freshers can apply).
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
