Roles and
Responsibilities
- Prepare and configure desktops and laptops for deployment, ensuring optimal system performance and compatibility.
- Set up and integrate Thin Clients and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) with core network servers such as file and mail servers.
- Manage Active Directory operations including user account creation, modification, and deactivation.
- Assist in maintaining LAN services, configuring user access, and monitoring system capacity and performance.
- Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues related to desktops, laptops, and connected devices.
- Perform replacement or repair of hardware components and ensure continuity of business operations.
- Document processes, updates, and configurations as part of internal IT support standards.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and IT governance procedures.
- Collaborate with senior analysts to resolve escalated technical issues efficiently.
Required
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Freshers or candidates with experience in IT support, server management, or network maintenance are encouraged to apply.
- Strong problem resolution skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent client-facing communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Proficient in troubleshooting Microsoft Operating Systems, LAN configurations, and peripheral hardware.
- Organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple technical tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in desktop support or infrastructure administration will be an added advantage.
