Roles and
Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze trial balances, accounting schedules, and ensure financial data accuracy.
- Transfer and reconcile trial balance data into the Income Statement (IS) and Balance Sheet (BS).
- Conduct detailed financial analysis on income statements, balance sheets, and cash flows.
- Update financial data into reporting models/templates as per BU/client guidelines.
- Maintain over 99% accuracy in processed work and meet turnaround time (TAT) requirements.
- Communicate proactively with team leads for query resolution and process improvement.
- Participate in project pilots to estimate record cycle time and process efficiency.
- Assist in creating and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and checklists.
- Collaborate in training sessions and contribute to continuous process enhancements.
- Support key change initiatives, ensuring compliance with Kroll policies and operational standards.
Required
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (BAF, BFM, B.Com, BMS, BBI, BBA, etc.).
- Postgraduate degree such as MBA or MMS in Finance preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience as a Research Analyst or Financial Data Analyst.
- Progress toward CFA certification is a plus.
- Strong analytical, comprehension, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, financial modeling, and accounting concepts.
- Attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines and maintain accuracy.
