Job Description

The Security Operations Center (SOC) Analyst will be a key member of the client’s command center, responsible for monitoring security consoles, systems, and surveillance tools to ensure safety and compliance with internal and external regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and report activities from security equipment, alarms, and surveillance systems.
• Identify potential security threats and communicate with local and global security teams for rapid response.
• Assist in handling emergencies such as fire, violence, or unauthorized access.
• Coordinate with the Global Security Command Centre (GSCC) to exchange critical incident data.
• Maintain accurate logs, reports, and documentation of incidents and shift activities.
• Support audits, local security incidents, and crisis management processes.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for employee and infrastructure safety.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and maintain high confidentiality of all data.
• This role demands a proactive mindset, fast decision-making ability, and a strong sense of responsibility in maintaining security infrastructure integrity.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education & Experience
• Graduate with strong communication and writing skills.
• 0–2 years of experience in Security Operations Center (SOC), GSOC, or related cybersecurity roles preferred.
• Technical Skills
• Working knowledge of security systems such as CCure, IVMS, Veracity, Lenel, or equivalent tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for creating analytical reports and visual dashboards.
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, access management, and threat detection.
• Preferred Certifications
• Certifications in GSOC/Command Center Operations, Risk Management, or Crisis Management are an advantage.
• Familiarity with incident response tools and network security concepts is preferred.
• Soft Skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
