Roles and Responsibilities

• Monitor enterprise-level IT infrastructure, network systems, and applications using monitoring tools.
• Act as the first point of contact for technical incidents, perform basic troubleshooting, and escalate when necessary.
• Identify, analyze, and assist in resolving system performance issues, outages, and security incidents.
• Collaborate with IT Infrastructure teams to improve monitoring and observability systems.
• Conduct system health checks, preventive maintenance, and capacity planning activities.
• Assist in patch management, system updates, and version upgrades under supervision.
• Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
• Adhere to IT security policies, compliance standards, and best practices.
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation for technical support.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Educational Qualifications
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Networking, or a related field.
• Equivalent technical experience will also be considered.
• Experience
• 0–2 years of experience in IT operations, NOC monitoring, or system administration.
• Internship or academic experience in network or IT operations will be considered.
• Preferred Certifications
• CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ (preferred but not mandatory).
• Microsoft Fundamentals (Azure, M365, or Windows Server).
• AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or Azure Fundamentals.
• Technical Skills
