- Collaborate with a team to support the development, enhancement, and maintenance of multiple datasets.
- Evaluate datasets for consistency, accuracy, and completeness.
- Interact with stakeholders to define and collect data requirements.
- Generate comprehensive data analysis reports for key decision-makers.
- Perform data cleansing and data harmonization to ensure data quality.
- Develop process improvements to enhance data management efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in R, Python, SQL, Excel, and VBA (SAS is a plus).
- Experience with Big Data technologies like Hadoop, Hive, or Spark is advantageous.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical mindset and ability to perform data analysis on large datasets.
- Experience in healthcare, pharma, or biotech domains is a major plus.
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
