Under close supervision, provides support in the development of enterprise-wide back office financial systems, including but not limited to systems supporting: human resources, finance, payroll, accounting and reporting. Responsibilities may include: coordination and communication with business partners providing guidance regarding software development and/or support requests, providing technical advice for the organization in the definition development, implementation and review of existing and proposed applications for enterprise-wide systems and databases.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide system and network support.
• Maintain training content and end user communications.
• May participate in monitoring, documenting and testing effectiveness of system controls and project teams.
• Support more senior staff in enterprise initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree/equivalency in business, accounting, information technology or related field.
• Minimum Experience: One (1) year experience in finance, payroll, accounting or related field.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Analytical skill including quantitative business problem solving.
• Knowledge of business software, web technologies, scripting languages in a business environment.
• Quantitative business problem solving skills and troubleshooting abilities.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Good written and oral communication skills
