Roles and Responsibilities

  • Monitor, measure, and communicate fraud exposure and potential risks to minimize fraud incidents.
  • Review, analyze, and respond to customer inquiries regarding potential fraud cases.
  • Investigate suspicious activities involving UPS products, services, or customer accounts.
  • Evaluate account registrations for fraudulent activity; take corrective actions such as canceling user IDs or adjusting credits.
  • Collaborate with internal and external management teams to resolve fraud-related issues efficiently.
  • Document customer feedback and frustrations related to fraud detection systems and recommend process improvements.
  • Interface directly with customers to ensure effective resolution of issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Graduate / Post-Graduate in any discipline (Finance, Accounting, or Business preferred).
  • Experience: 2+ years in Customer Service, Billing, or Credit Collection (preferred).
  • Fluency in English — both verbal and written.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and investigative abilities.
  • Basic understanding of finance and accounting operations such as billing, A/R, and customer data management.
  • Knowledge of fraud detection tools, credit control processes, and risk mitigation methods.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and customer relationship skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Access, Word).
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing business needs.
  • Self-driven with the ability to multitask and work independently.
