About the Role

Yuno is building a high-performing global team, and this is your chance to be part of it! As a Technical Support Analyst, you’ll join the Implementation & Technical Account Management team, helping customers resolve complex technical issues and ensuring system reliability through proactive monitoring and collaboration with backend teams. This is a remote role, giving you the flexibility to work from home while contributing to Yuno’s global digital infrastructure and customer success.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Monitor real-time systems to identify and resolve technical issues before they impact clients.
  • Provide Level 1 & Level 2 technical support, acting as the first point of contact for client incidents.
  • Manage incidents in a 24/7 support environment, ensuring high availability and response times.
  • Analyze and triage technical issues to determine the right resolution path.
  • Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate logs of incidents, client requests, and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams to address escalations.
  • Suggest improvements for monitoring, automation, and client communication workflows.
  • Participate in on-call rotations, post-incident reviews, and root cause analysis.
  • Ensure SLA targets, customer satisfaction (CSAT), and issue resolution metrics are consistently achieved.
  • Assist with backend scripting, log analysis, and API troubleshooting when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a client-facing technical support or IT helpdesk role (preferably in SaaS, Fintech, or Payment Systems).
  • Knowledge of monitoring tools and incident management platforms.
  • Understanding of APIs, JSON payloads, and API integration troubleshooting.
  • Basic coding or scripting experience in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and prioritize effectively in critical situations.
  • Accountability and ownership mindset with a focus on innovation and improvement.
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written).

Preferred Skills

  • Hands-on experience with log management tools, cloud monitoring platforms, or alerting systems.
  • Familiarity with SaaS and fintech environments.
  • Exposure to backend processes, debugging, or API testing.
