Roles and
Responsibilities
- Act as a customer advocate by providing timely technical support and troubleshooting assistance.
- Analyze, diagnose, and resolve product-related issues through email, phone, or remote sessions.
- Collaborate with field engineers and technical specialists to ensure efficient issue resolution.
- Participate in customer conference calls, adapting communication for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Maintain and contribute to RSA’s Knowledge Base and support documentation.
- Monitor and manage case queues, ensuring timely updates and customer satisfaction.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when required.
- Participate in 24x7 technical support rotations, including weekends and holidays.
- Work toward achieving Subject Matter Expert (SME) status in one or more RSA product areas.
- Perform systems analysis to troubleshoot hardware and software functionality issues.

Skills & Qualifications
- Non-Technical Skills
- 0–3 years of relevant experience in customer or technical support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure and in fast-paced environments.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and proactive learner.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Technical Skills
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals and IT systems.
- Familiarity with Linux servers, network protocols, and web applications.
- Basic SQL and database knowledge.
- Understanding of APIs is a plus.
- Prior experience in technical support or IT operations is advantageous.
- Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Communications, or a related field.
