Roles and Responsibilities

  • Act as a customer advocate by providing timely technical support and troubleshooting assistance.
  • Analyze, diagnose, and resolve product-related issues through email, phone, or remote sessions.
  • Collaborate with field engineers and technical specialists to ensure efficient issue resolution.
  • Participate in customer conference calls, adapting communication for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Maintain and contribute to RSA’s Knowledge Base and support documentation.
  • Monitor and manage case queues, ensuring timely updates and customer satisfaction.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when required.
  • Participate in 24x7 technical support rotations, including weekends and holidays.
  • Work toward achieving Subject Matter Expert (SME) status in one or more RSA product areas.
  • Perform systems analysis to troubleshoot hardware and software functionality issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Non-Technical Skills
    • 0–3 years of relevant experience in customer or technical support.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
    • Ability to perform effectively under pressure and in fast-paced environments.
    • Self-motivated, adaptable, and proactive learner.
    • Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
  • Technical Skills
    • Basic understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals and IT systems.
    • Familiarity with Linux servers, network protocols, and web applications.
    • Basic SQL and database knowledge.
    • Understanding of APIs is a plus.
    • Prior experience in technical support or IT operations is advantageous.
  • Education
    • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Communications, or a related field.

Work Environment

  • The position follows a hybrid model, requiring at least two in-office days per week.
  • Candidates should be flexible to support 24x7 operations when required.
