Roles and Responsibilities:

• Timely and error-free processing of card applications.
• Deliver excellent service to US card applicants and card members.
• Process applications by conducting a complete analysis of profile data while adhering to standard procedures.
• Connect with customers and demonstrate a willingness to go beyond expectations.
• Display exceptional customer service etiquette.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer data and understanding of financial account security protocols.
• Assist Audit, Internal, and Compliance teams during audits to identify and resolve control issues.
• Act as a brand ambassador for American Express.
• Support all day-to-day new account processes and upcoming initiatives.
• Shift Timings: 24×7 operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven ability to craft and execute effective communication plans for a diverse audience.
• Strong understanding of employee communication best practices.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a relevant field.
• Familiarity with fraud-prevention identity verification tools is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills.
