Roles and Responsibilities

• Process invoices according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure targets are achieved.
• Resolve discrepant invoices as per the standard process guidelines.
• Perform reporting activities, generate and update the Accounts Payable reports.
• Pass rectification entries for identified errors through internal quality checks.
• Conduct invoice quality checks and process payments as per SOPs.
• Create or update vendor master records following company procedures.
• Suggest innovative ideas to enhance accounting efficiency and improve workflow.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Educational Qualification: B.Com, BBA (Finance), M.Com, or MBA (Finance)
• Experience: 0–1 year in Accounts Payable or Accounting domain
• Good understanding of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
