Roles and Responsibilities

• Use third-party Sentry software to complete daily operational deliverables as per client service level agreements.
• Handle positions, trades, credit activities, and asset setup or verification tasks efficiently.
• Analyze cash flows, financing, and risk factors related to Syndicated and Private Loans.
• Investigate and resolve operational discrepancies; prepare detailed reports for review and sign-off.
• Collaborate with loan agents and third-party servicers to validate transactions and portfolio data.
• Prepare auditable documentation for bank loan portfolios and financial statements.
• Support client onboarding and migration processes across global operations.
• Maintain positive and professional relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Assist in training and mentoring new team members to ensure operational continuity.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution (Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred)
• Professional certifications such as CFA or CPA are advantageous
• Basic understanding of Syndicated and Private Loan markets
• Excellent analytical and financial reporting skills
• Strong communication and client relationship management abilities
• Detail-oriented with good time management and multitasking capabilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite applications
