Roles and
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to vendor queries via email while maintaining up-to-date vendor information and records.
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding documentation and update records in internal systems.
- Support financial operations by performing data entry, maintaining financial records, and conducting basic financial analysis using MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure seamless vendor payment processing and reconciliation.
- Maintain organized databases and filing systems to support audits and internal financial reporting.
- Assist in month-end closing, invoice processing, and recurring administrative finance tasks.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy across financial workflows.
Required
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or MBA in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- 0–1 year of experience in finance, accounting, or administrative roles (freshers are encouraged to apply).
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
- Basic understanding of vendor management and financial documentation.
