This entry-level cybersecurity role is ideal for professionals interested in identity governance, access control, and enterprise security technologies. Roles and Responsibilities

• User Support & Operations
• Serve as the first point of contact for user access issues, including password resets and account troubleshooting.
• Manage daily IAM operations such as provisioning, de-provisioning, and modifying user accounts in systems like Active Directory / Okta / LDAP.
• Process access requests and manage permissions in line with corporate security policies.
• Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)
• Work within the One Identity platform to process user access requests.
• Assist in troubleshooting IGA workflow issues and support testing for new automation features.
• Help senior engineers in maintaining access certification reports and compliance records.
• System Monitoring & Maintenance
• Support IAM system monitoring, review alerts, and escalate issues per internal procedures.
• Maintain documentation, runbooks, and FAQs for recurring IAM-related issues.
• Participate in access review and audit processes to ensure compliance and data integrity.
• Team Collaboration
• Collaborate with IT helpdesk, HR, and business stakeholders to resolve identity-related tickets.
• Work under the guidance of IAM Engineers and Senior Engineers on security improvement projects.
• Attend training sessions and internal workshops to strengthen IAM and cybersecurity knowledge.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in IT or cybersecurity support.
• Strong interest in cybersecurity and identity management.
• Basic understanding of IT concepts such as cloud systems, Active Directory, and networking.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and adhere to standard operating procedures.
• Familiarity with IAM tools like Okta or One Identity is a plus (training provided).
