Zoho is looking for passionate, detail-oriented, and technically strong professionals to join their Cloud & Infrastructure Operations team. The role focuses on managing Zoho’s large-scale cloud environments, ensuring performance, reliability, and continuous availability across global data centers.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Linux & Cloud Infrastructure Management: Strong proficiency in Linux administration, virtualization, storage systems, load balancers, and cloud infrastructure components.
• Data Center Operations: Support end-to-end lifecycle management of servers, storage devices, and platform infrastructure across global data centers.
• Monitoring & Incident Management: Work in a 24×7 rotational shift to monitor critical applications and servers. & Perform incident analysis, RCA, and implement corrective actions.
• Server Configuration & Provisioning: Handle automated Linux OS deployments and configurations at scale using industry-standard tools.
• Infrastructure Component Management: Manage DNS, DHCP, NTP, Proxy, OS Image Servers, and enterprise-grade load balancers.
• Disaster Recovery Validation: Conduct routine validation and testing of DR environments across worldwide data center locations.
• Automation & Tools: Use automation tools like Puppet or Ansible for configuration management and package automation.
• Scripting & Development: Create and maintain Shell and Python scripts for task automation.
• Networking Fundamentals: Knowledge of networking essentials such as VLAN, NAT, ARP, firewalls, and switch configuration.
• Database & SaaS Components: Basic understanding of RDBMS, NoSQL, Hadoop, and SaaS environment components.
• Hardware Knowledge: Familiarity with server hardware: CPU types, drive types, and internal architecture.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work with cross-functional teams such as DevOps, Networking, Application, and Framework teams.
• Work Management: Ability to multitask and manage priorities independently with minimal supervision.
• Continuous Learning: Enthusiasm for learning new technologies related to OS, hardware, cloud, and security.
