About the Role

Join the Indirect Procurement Operations team at NetApp, where you’ll play a vital role in managing supplier enablement, purchase requisitions, and procurement support helpdesk operations. As a Procurement Support Specialist, you’ll be responsible for ensuring process efficiency, compliance with company policies, and seamless supplier communication. This position offers excellent exposure to ERP systems and AI-powered procurement tools, making it a great starting point for a career in procurement and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle Supplier Enablement (Vendor Master) and Purchase Requisition (PR) activities.
• Create, manage, and monitor Purchase Orders (PO).
• Provide end-to-end support through the Procurement Support Helpdesk.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve supplier or system issues efficiently.

Job Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong customer service orientation.
• Commitment to company procurement policies and process adherence.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Tools & Technical Skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools.
• Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP Procurement (Oracle Cloud ERP) is preferred.
• Experience or familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar automation software.
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts (6 AM–3 PM, 2 PM–11 PM, 5 PM–2 AM).
