About the Role – Network Operations Center Analyst

As a Network Operations Center Analyst, you will be part of PwC’s systems engineering team responsible for implementing, maintaining, and supporting the company’s global network infrastructure. The role involves managing network configurations, ensuring system uptime, and troubleshooting network-related issues to support business continuity and performance standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to maintain network reliability, optimize performance, and ensure data security compliance across all operational environments.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS).
• Perform network maintenance, upgrades, and security patching.
• Monitor network performance and ensure system reliability and availability.
• Manage resource utilization, performance trends, and capacity planning.
• Provide Level-2/3 technical support and troubleshoot critical issues.
• Follow established change management and configuration policies.
• Collaborate with security teams to implement compliance policies and threat-mitigation procedures.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams for timely issue resolution.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience in network engineering and infrastructure management.
• Certification: CCNP or higher (CCIE/CISSP is a plus).
• Deep understanding of networking protocols (IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, 802.11, QoS).
• Strong grasp of OSI/TCP-IP models.
• Proficiency in using network monitoring, diagnostic, and analytics tools.
• Educational Qualification: Graduate / Post-Graduate degree in Computer Science or related field.
