About the Role – Procurement Analyst (Remote)

As a Procurement Analyst, you will play a key role in managing purchasing data, optimizing supplier relationships, and identifying cost-saving opportunities. 2. Cost Optimization

3. Vendor & Supplier Management

• Evaluate vendor performance across quality, delivery, and pricing parameters.

4. Process Improvement & Compliance

• Contribute to process standardization and procurement policy alignment.
• Ensure compliance with company purchasing guidelines and legal standards.
• Assist in contract monitoring, renewals, and adherence to procurement terms.

5. Documentation & Systems

• Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, contracts, and pricing details.
• Use ERP or procurement systems to automate reporting and improve data accuracy.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain analytics preferred.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent communication and vendor management abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications like CIPS, CPSM, or CSCP are advantageous.
