Description:
- In-depth knowledge of OGL renewals, with strong understanding of OGL renewal processes. Understands both historical and current business dynamics to provide meaningful insights and contribute to smooth team operations.
- Process documentation for efficiency through active development and maintenance of documentation that supports effective OGL renewals. By formalizing processes, the candidate ensures the team operates with clear, standardized guidelines, reducing errors and improving productivity.
- Work involves some problem-solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and procedures. Attention to detail is critical. Ability to collect, organize, and present data in spreadsheet format is required. Follow-through skills are necessary to obtain information from internal and third parties and ensure data errors or omissions are corrected. Relationship management skills are strongly desired. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required to interact with management and potential clients. 0 – 2 years of relevant work experience in a business operations analyst capacity.
Roles and
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a liaison with other divisions such as Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Risk Management to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing. Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to measure key performance indicator actuals versus business objectives. Provide updates to management regarding budget versus actuals, highlighting deviations and opportunities. Provide management with economic impact and compliance considerations related to key business decisions and deals. Communicate Oracle Business Practices across the organization and monitor processes and approvals for full compliance. Drive the implementation of new processes and procedures.
- Cross-functional liaison and support by acting as a key connection between the OGL Renewals team and Sales Operations, while serving as an area expert in applications used to support the business. Provides support to OGL representatives to ensure accuracy across critical stages of the renewal process, from pricing and contracting to booking, enabling a seamless workflow and minimizing disruptions.
- Operational continuity and support by assisting OGL representatives and stakeholders in addressing technical and process-related challenges, ensuring continuity and reducing friction in the renewals process. Enables teams to focus on core responsibilities with minimal interruptions, aligned with expectations of a junior business analyst role.
