This role plays a key part in ensuring stable financial interfaces, timely resolution of incidents, and smooth delivery of minor system enhancements in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide timely support for operational issues and urgent, time-bound business requirements as a financial systems support analyst.
• Support and maintain financial interfaces connected to the Global ERP system.
• Handle incidents and service requests raised by business users.
• Support Core Systems Finance in daily operational activities.
• Provide testing support for bug fixes and minor system change requests.
• Contribute to plans and objectives defined by the Core Systems Team.
• Work closely with Business Units to ensure smooth and stable ERP operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• University degree with 0-1 year experience supporting ERP finance systems, experience in INFOR LN is a plus.
• Understanding of financial processes and system interfaces.
• Experience in trouble shooting, user support, and system testing.
• Ability to work effectively under time pressure and manage urgent requests.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with business and technical teams.
• Detail-oriented with a structured and problem-solving mindset.
