Candidates will have:
- Experience with technical troubleshooting for electronic and / or mechanical systems.
- Ticketing experience with common tools such as Salesforce, Azure Dev Ops, or Microsoft PSCRM.
- Experience working with Caterpillar dealers, machine products, or industrial grade electronics.
