The Junior Business Intelligence Analyst will play a key role in the organization's data-driven decision-making processes. The BI Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver data solutions that support strategic initiatives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from relational/central databases.
• Translate complex data analyses into clear and actionable visualizations.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Create ad-hoc queries and reports to support specific business needs.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all analyses and reports.
• Work closely with business units to understand their data needs and requirements.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
• Stay current with the latest BI technologies, tools, and best practices.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft SSRS and Power BI
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Freshers or less than 2 years with bachelor's or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field (B.E., B.Tech or MCA).
• Proven experience as a BI Analyst or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., MSBI, Power BI).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of SQL and data modeling.
• Experience with data warehousing concepts and tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
