• Training and Development:
• Participate in comprehensive onboarding and training sessions covering company operations, products, services, and industry knowledge.
• Attend workshops, seminars, and courses to develop technical and soft skills.
• Engage in continuous learning opportunities through e-learning platforms, certifications, and professional development resources.
• Rotational Assignments:
• Rotate through various departments or business units to gain a holistic understanding of the company's operations.
• Work on diverse projects to develop cross-functional skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with different teams to contribute to strategic initiatives and problem-solving efforts.
• Mentorship and Coaching:
• Receive guidance and mentorship from assigned senior professionals and leaders within the company.

• Internship or coursework related to IT asset management or software licensing.

Experience: No prior professional experience required; internships or part-time work in a related field is a plus.
