Do you love problem solving and helping others? Poshmark is looking for a Payments Associate who will focus on resolving customer issues related to payouts and payment acceptance. In addition to operational work, you will help evolve their payment processes and develop scalable solutions to improve the user experience, minimize customer recontacts, and increase team efficiency. This is an entry-level position. Majorly focusing on the Customer Support experience or Freshers willing to work in Customer Support role (Non - Voice)

Educational Qualifications:

  • Graduate
  • Minimum 0-1 year’s operational, customer support or other applicable experience. Fresher’s can apply
  • Great attention to detail and highly organized
  • Ability to identify issues and problem solve
  • Customer service mindset
  • Strong work ethic
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Collaborative and strong teamwork skills
  • Experience using customer support software preferred but not required

Responsibilities:

  • Resolve escalated issues for our users relating to payouts and payment acceptance
  • Provide a high level of customer support via, while meeting goals for ticket resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Help develop efficiency improvements and scalable solutions in the payments area
  • Monitor the health of our financial systems and act as a first point of contact for escalating system-wide processing issues
  • Work directly with our financial institutions
  • Collaborate closely with other teams to investigate high-value orders or activity

6-Month Accomplishments:

  • Familiar with Poshmark policies, support flows, and operational procedures
  • Independently handle customer queries with ease
  • Use back office tools to take appropriate actions on user accounts, orders, or redemptions
  • Research orders, identify cross-functional teams involved, and collaborate effectively together
  • Proactively communicate identified trends, patterns and risks with the team

12+ Month Accomplishments:

  • Complete and exceed all 6-month responsibilities
  • Take on additional responsibilities in order to support operations
  • Ability to provide input to improve and streamline processes
  • Work on a few ongoing projects at a time
  • Become an expert with our various payment systems and understand how the ecosystem works together
